Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services for the building or office premises.
- Monitor building safety, cleanliness, and security protocols.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and building service providers.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and internal communications.
- Maintain records related to building permits, inspections, and utility bills.
- Support company events, meetings, and employee requests related to workspace needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to facilities.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With at least 5 years of experience in administrative work, preferably with building/facilities exposure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- With basic building operations or facilities management experience.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Ermita, Manila.
