The Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day administrative functions within the organization. This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including scheduling appointments and meetings, supervising support staff, managing office supplies and inventories, overseeing facility maintenance, and coordinating with external vendors. The Admin Assistant actively supports onboarding and HR coordination, ensures compliance with health, safety, and ISO standards, and assists in the management of ISMS documentation and audit preparation. Additionally, this position oversees travel arrangements and vehicle maintenance, contributing to overall operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business course or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Proven experience in general administrative works
- Has experience in implementation of ISMS 27001
- Preferably with at least one year of related work experience in a similar industry
Relationship:
- Internal – Marketing Team, Service Operations, Regional Technical Manager.
- External – Service Providers and Vendors, Clients.
Educational Background
- Must be graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT- related position.
- Must have the necessary certification for the service or product being handled.
- Preferably with MBA.
Knowledge:
- Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications/design
- Ability to conduct design reviews with both user and technical personnel
- Highly developed presentation and report generation skills
