Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
- Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.).
- Scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed.
- Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation.
- Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives.
- Accurately encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
- Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records.
- Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication.
- Organize and maintain original paper evidence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Can encode data with speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrating ability to create spreadsheets and presentations.
- Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
Additional Qualifications:
- Graduate or at least College Level.
- With or Without experience. But, experience is an advantage.
- With HIGH TECHNICAL LITERACY.
- With STRONG WORK ETHIC
- Willing to be assigned at CAINTA, RIZAL.
- With GOOD MORAL CHARACTER
