The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting managers and employees through a variety of organizational and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing documents
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Handling social media page
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and updating company records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to be assigned in Angeles, Pampanga
Working Conditions:
