Job Description:
- Oversee the management and control of all department documents and records, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and requirements.
- Support group functions, including maintaining and filing training records and controlling documentation related to the department's Fixed Assets.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks and requests for office supplies, assist with purchase requests, and undertake other clerical functions as needed.
- Arrange and schedule weekly department meetings, including room reservations, setup, and the preparation of minutes and attendance reports.
- Serve as a liaison officer for the Production Engineering department, facilitating communication between sections/departments regarding official business matters, travel requests, overtime requests, leave of absence, and payment requests.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in a Four-Year Business course or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, document control, and records management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to be assigned to our LIMA Malvar, Batangas office.
