QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of solid experience in General Administration
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational and monitoring skills
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Good verbal and written communication skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- See to it that the bank maintains sufficient office supplies
- In charge of the general upkeep of the Bank’s building, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and vehicles
- See to it that the proper use and maintenance of buildings, FFE, and cars are being done by the employees
- Checks and recommends in case of repairs and maintenance requested by the branches
- Conducts physical inventory of FFE to all offices and branches
- Monitors the expiration and renewal of bank insurances and lease contracts
- Coordinates with branches regarding the renewal of municipal permits and BIR yearly tax declaration
- Responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance of CCTV and alarm systems of all branches
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and according to policy
- Coordinate with the security and janitorial agencies for other concerns/problems arising from the agencies and their employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
