- Greet and assist patients with appointments and inquiries
- Manage clinic schedules and patient records
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses and reconciling receipts
- Coordinate with insurance providers and follow up on claims
