- Submit segregation updates every two (2) hours.
- Receive and document all passways and toll gate clearances and reports.
- Conduct the Daily Haulers Audit to ensure compliance and accuracy in deliveries.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and prepare corresponding count sheets.
- Ensure timely DSSR closing and verify all entries and documentation.
- Support the manual tracking and submission of DSSR data where system access is limited.
- Review discrepancies and support reconciliation efforts.
- Monitor and consolidate Foreign and Shakedown Reports for reporting purposes.
- Perform manual DSSR processing and verification when needed.
- File and manage the SIRR
- Conduct regular reviews of documents before and after DSSR (Daily Sales and Stock Report) closing, including dealer and delivery transactions (incoming/outgoing).Ensure all DSSR attachments are complete and available for surprise audits.
- Submit DSSRs to SLC in a timely and accurate manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, ideally in a logistics or operations setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
