Responsibilities
· In charged in Active System (includes SOA/Invoice, Quotation, Receive Payment, Sales Receipt, Purchase Order, Enter bills, Inventory Request, Build Assembly).
· In-charged in scheduling and preparing of Delivery and Pick up (Delivery Receipt & Gate Pass).
· Prepared Statement of Account / Billing for clients.
· Prepared Quotation for clients.
· Prepared Collection Report and Deposit Slip.
· Prepared payroll of RigidBloc extra helpers (Pakyawan).
· Prepared Accounts Payable for supplier Billing / SOA.
· Responsible for purchasing/ canvassing of CHB materials, tools and other equipment’s.
· Responsible for Material Request, Job Order.
· Responsible for inventory of stocks of Concrete Hollow Blocks and CHB Raw Materials (aggregates, cement, addmix).
· Responsible for doing a report of CHB Sales, Accounts Receivable (Excel and Spreadsheet).
· Received Accounts Receivable of CHB from clients or customer.
· Follow up clients/customers payment of their balances.
