What are we looking for?

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Support professional to assist a leading land clearing and vegetation management provider servicing the energy and utilities industry. This role requires someone who can work independently and is confident using ServiceM8 to manage daily operational tasks.



What are you expected to do?

  • Manage and maintain the ServiceM8 platform, including job creation, scheduling, booking, invoicing, and database updates
  • Schedule appointments and allocate jobs efficiently
  • Send pre-prepared quotes and reports to clients on behalf of management
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for job updates via email and spreadsheets
  • Answer phone calls (if communication skills are suitable – optional based on English proficiency)
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Maintain professionalism when dealing with difficult customers, keeping calm and patient under pressure

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 3 years experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • You must have a proficiency in using management platforms (ServiceM8 experience) for scheduling, job tracking, invoicing, and record-keeping
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • You have excellent written communication skills for preparing and sending professional client updates, quotes, and reports
  • You are confident in handling appointment scheduling and job allocation with attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have experience responding to client inquiries via email and spreadsheets in a timely and clear manner
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You are calm and composed demeanor when dealing with challenging situations

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

  • Experience working closely with Australian clients
  • Basic knowledge of tree services or land management is a plus but not required

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.

  • NBI Clearance
  • Social IDs - PHIC, SSS, HDMF, TIN
