The HR & Admin Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting Groworx Philippines' workforce and
ensuring compliance with local regulations. This position involves managing a broad range of HR
functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration, as
well as providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
