Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles confidential information.
- Organize and review multiple email inboxes, emphasizing important messages.
- Manage and organize client’s calendar.
- Manage personal and work bill payments of the client.
- Handles correspondence software (teams, loop, ihub with training provided)
- Monitoring and updating schedules within company management system
- Create spreadsheets and reports for follow-up.
- Complete credit applications
- Prepare any required forms and keep electronic records.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the client.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Exceptional time management and verbal, and written communication skills.
- Can work under minimum supervision.
- Can work office based.
