About the Role:
Truck Driver Nation, a US-based trucking recruitment agency, is expanding our recruiting team and looking for motivated, commission-driven individuals in the Philippines to help us place professional CDL-A drivers with our partner carriers. This is a remote opportunity ideal for individuals who want to earn based on results — you make money for every driver you place.Earnings Potential:
Commission-Based Pay:
Earn $200–$700 USD per placed driver, depending on carrier.
Average recruiters earn between $600 to $1,200 USD per week (₱34,000 – ₱68,000 PHP+).
Bonuses available for exceeding quotas or high-volume placement.
What You Need to Succeed:
Required Skills:
Strong spoken and written English (fluent and professional)
At least 1 year of experience working with a US-based company
Sales or recruiting background preferred, especially in US-based roles
Ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and close deals
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
Equipment Requirements:
High-speed and reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps preferred)
Laptop or desktop with working headset and webcam
Quiet and professional remote work environment
Additional Information:
Night shift required (typically starts around 8 PM PHT to 6 AM PHT)
We supply leads and access to tools like VoIP and BreezyHR
You will work alongside a supportive team and have full access to training resources
Must submit a minimum of 20 fully completed applications and place 5 drivers monthly to remain active
You may also earn a flat ₱5,500 PHP bonus (~$100 USD) per student you recruit into our Freight Dispatcher Course
