Job Description
- Act as Liaison between the management and the third-party Law Office
- Perform accurate research and analysis
- Directly report to the Top Management
- With familiarity in processing business permits, SEC registration, and business license
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly
- Any other given tasks.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor’s degree holder
- Graduate of Commerce, Business Administration, Political Science or any related courses
- With 2-3 years working experience as Admin Aide or as Legal Secretary
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Thorough understanding in clerical and secretarial work
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Understanding the urgency of the given task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
