At least 10 years of senior management experience in a trading company, solar energy company, or a combination of both industries.
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale business operations, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth.
Deep knowledge of the solar energy market, including installations, grid integration, government incentives, and emerging trends.
Experience managing commodity trading operations, including import/export activities, market analysis, and logistics.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments affecting trading businesses, including compliance with international trade laws and financial regulations.
Demonstrates ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, investors, clients, and strategic partners in both the trading and renewable energy industries.
Previous experience in a President, CEO, or COO role in a solar energy or trading company.
Expertise in managing international trade operations, including navigating the regulatory landscapes of different countries and regions.
Established network of industry contacts and proven ability to drive business partnerships and client relationships.
