Summary of Functions:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all the administrative/clerical needs of the Administrative Department as well as giving a high value on customer service both internal and external clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support on the reception by answering and dispersing call and inquiries and receiving visitors;
- Helps with the organization and running of daily administrative operations;
- Receives, distributes and files incoming letters, invoices and other documents;
- Canvasses, orders, and purchases office and pantry supplies and do monitoring of stocks;
- Ensure that all company documents electronically/digitally filed on time;
- Monitors and conducts minor troubleshooting of all electronic equipment of the company and;
- Performs other administrative duties from time to time.
- Support the admin officer in any task.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field;
- Has at least one (1) year related work experience;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Flexible and efficient;
- Has an ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
