Lhoopa is looking for detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations for the Finance & Accounting Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, document management, and record-keeping
- Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and printing
- Maintain confidential documents and records with a high degree of integrity
- Upload documents on the system
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting software or databases
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any Business Management related courses
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Must be tech savvy, and possess analytical skills
- Must be willing to learn
- Open for fresh graduates
