Administrative Assistant / Clerk
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Administrative Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in dispatch and delivery coordination across all branches
- Conduct and support inventory monitoring
- Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks (filing, documentation, encoding)
- Assist in booking, delivery, and receiving of items
- Track and monitor item expiry and promptly inform concerned personnel
- Help in supplier sourcing and price comparisons
- Assist in payment and settlement coordination
- Handle other purchasing and administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email)
