I. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
· Maintain accurate records and databases
· Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
· Prepare and format reports, memos, and other documents
· Answer and direct phone calls or emails to appropriate departments
· Support office staff and management as needed
· Performs other duties that maybe assigned to or required of the job
