The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Sales and Marketing team by managing and organizing sales records, marketing documents, and client databases. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate reports, assisting with the preparation of presentations and materials, coordinating internal communications, and performing other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Ideal for fresh graduates, the position offers hands-on experience in sales and marketing administration within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize sales and marketing files and records
- Encode and update customer databases and reports
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Support coordination of campaigns, events, or meetings
- Handle documentation and basic correspondence with clients or internal teams
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
