Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant – Data Analysis to support our team in both administrative and analytical functions. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting in compiling and analyzing data to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to department managers and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and organize files.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external sources.
- Prepare basic data summaries, reports, and visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs).
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting trends.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all data and documents.
- Support data entry, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to collect required data and ensure timely reporting.
- Handle general office duties such as correspondence, travel booking, and office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or data-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and database systems.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with data validation and reporting processes.
- Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages.
- Experience working in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
