We are looking for a professional and proactive Sales and Admin Assistant to support our
executive team and serve as a key contact for clients. This role involves client-facing
communication, sales coordination, and administrative support. You’ll help manage meetings,
proposals, and business records while ensuring smooth internal and external coordination.
Job Title: Sales and Admin Assistant
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Philippines-based preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Facing & Sales Support
Act as the point of contact between executives and clients, including C-level • decision-makers.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales trackers.
Executive & Administrative Support
Project Coordination
Work with internal teams (sales, finance, marketing, solutions) to ensure smooth client
delivery.
- Follow up on tasks from meetings and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and external client engagements.
Qualifications:
Manage calendars, schedules, • and travel plans.
- Draft professional reports, emails, and business documents.
- Organize and maintain business files, contracts, and records.
- Support the processing of contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
