JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Primary point of administrative contact and liaison for government offices in processing business permits, registration, re-registration, internal revenue (BIR) and external professional consultants (legal & accounting)
- Supervise the tasks of admin staff/s assigned as team member/s
- Properly catalogue/file all external contracts and company official documents
- Provides high quality and effective administrative business support.
- High degree of handling confidential company information and maintain security of company records.
- Holds responsibility of administration of mining & hauling operations.
- Petty cash handling
