Admin Services Officer cum Executive Assistant- (Manila Based)
Job Responsibilities:
· Provides general administrative support to day to day operations to Management and staff/team
· Processes, facilitates and monitors transactions pertaining to in and out communication, internal facilities and other relevant utilities.
· Building/Office Maintenance, Vehicle and Office Equipment Maintenance
· Coordinates and canvasses with service providers and suppliers for the purchase/repair/disposal of office equipment.
· In-charge in monitoring/safekeeping the contracts/service agreements with service providers and suppliers.
· Performs other administrative related work functions as may be required or as determined by the Company from time to time.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent
2. With at least three (3) years work experience specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
3. Advanced knowledge in administration management and on legal legislation's relating to property and building maintenance;
4. With good understanding on Import & Export processing and documentation
5. With good analytical skills
6. Preferably residing in Makati City, with an advantage if located near Chino Roces Exit
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
