We are hiring an Admin Staff to support loan processing, client assistance, and branch administrative tasks for our Taytay, Rizal branch.
This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and reside near Taytay for easier commute. Aside from assisting with daily operations, this role also includes light promoting services online via social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with loan applications, inquiries, and document submission
- Encode and update client records accurately in our system
- Prepare and organize ledgers, vouchers, receipts, and other forms
- Monitor due dates and assist with follow-ups and payment reminders
- Maintain orderly physical and digital records
- Handle calls, text messages, and walk-in concerns
- Coordinate with the branch head on daily administrative tasks
- Post job hiring ads and assist in basic screening coordination
- Help create or share promotional content (e.g., Facebook posts about services or ongoing promos)
Qualifications:
- At least college level or graduate of any course
- Good attention to detail and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Docs)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Facebook or other platforms for posting
- Willing to work on-site at Taytay, Rizal branch
- Experience in admin, lending, or microfinance is a plus, but not required
Compensation and Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Performance incentives may apply after probation
