We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Staff Member to join our dynamic hotel team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hotel administration, with a solid background in travel and tour coordination, property management support, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel by providing high-level administrative and logistical support to various departments.
Qualifications:
- Preferably minimum of 2-3 years relative experience in hotel administration, property management, or travel and tour coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local tourism, travel routes, and hospitality standards is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
