Position Title: Account Manager – Digital Advertising
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite once a week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to lead and oversee digital advertising campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution and delivering measurable business outcomes. Working closely with creative, media, and analytics teams, you’ll translate client goals into effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring client satisfaction
- Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s business objectives and marketing goals
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and strategic guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize results
- Develop and present tailored strategies aligned with client objectives
- Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and deliver comprehensive reports
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to expand client accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns progress smoothly
- Oversee workflow and facilitate effective collaboration across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, preferably within a digital advertising agency or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM software, and project management tools like Asana or Trello
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Analytical thinker capable of interpreting data and generating strategic recommendations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Results-oriented with a keen interest in staying current in the digital marketing landscape
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
