Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospects to schedule sales appointments.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making timeline.
- Use CRM software to manage and update lead information and appointment schedules.
- Follow scripts and proven strategies to engage prospects and handle objections professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role (telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer skills.
