We’re Grow My Clinic, a leading growth partner for holistic and regenerative medicine clinics across the U.S.

We generate warm, inbound patient leads every day through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads — and we need skilled closers to convert them into booked & prepaid appointments for our doctors.

We don’t chase cold leads. You’ll be calling people who already asked to learn more. You just need to qualify them and book the appointment using our proven script.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 300+ dials/day to warm, inbound leads (calls + SMS follow-up)
• Set 10+ high-quality appointments per day
• Use a proven script + objection-handling guide that works
• Communicate with people who have already raised their hand for help
• Work alongside a fast-paced, remote team that celebrates hard work and wins
• Contribute to a mission-driven company helping patients avoid surgery and pain meds

• Can handle high-volume cold/warm outbound calling

Performance Expectations

First 30 Days:

• Learn tech systems, scripts, and call flows
• Schedule 10+ appointments/day with 300+ dials/day
• Show up coachable and hungry

After 60 Days:

• Maintain 60%+ show-up rate on booked appointments
• Deliver consistent KPIs: calls, conversations, bookings

Compensation

Base + Uncapped Commissions

• Average Rep: $2,000/month
• Good Rep: $3,000/month
• Top Rep: $3,500+/month

Paid every 2 weeks. Your income is directly tied to your skill and output.

Requirements

Required:

• 3+ years of phone-based sales experience
• 3+ years experience with CRMs and follow-up processes
• 100% fluent English (spoken and written)

Preferred:

• 3+ years of phone sales or high-volume closing
• 3+ years experience with low-ticket, 1-call closes ($5k and under)
