Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
Salary: $550 USD/month + Quarterly Bonus
Goodly is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping home service businesses — like plumbers, remodelers, and cleaners — grow through smart SEO, high-performing websites, and local lead generation. We’re building a portfolio of businesses under the Goodly brand, and we’re looking for a hungry, resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us fuel that growth.
What You’ll Do
- Cold call lists of prospects
- Book meetings for our Account Executives
- Follow up consistently and professionally with cold leads
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Track activity and outcomes in our CRM and reporting tools
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-starter who can manage time independently and hit targets
- Tech-savvy — familiar with CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Comfortable working U.S. Eastern hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
