Job Description:
- To perform task of supervising the fabrication, process, mobilization, installation of the modular works in totality.
- to deliver the modular works in their best high quality standard in terms of aesthetics, structural mobility and function.
- to perform task of coordination, preparation, logistics, documentation, staging and all related process of the modular works that are needed from before fabrication up to installation and turn-over.
- can work under pressure and meet deadlines of modular works.
- willing to travel in terms of installation
- can read, interpret, sketch design plans and implement it on fabrication, assembly and installation.
- high understanding/knowledge on woodworks, interior fit-out, lighting works, furnishings, modular systems
- can perform carpentry works, electrician works, painting works, masonry works.
- has high competencies on-site/project management, manpower handling/management, formworks & staging.
- has high competencies in any forms of communications, keen to details and quick technical solver.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of BS in Architecture
- preferably licensed Architect but not required
- with 2-3 years work experience
- with strong leadership and management skills
- knowledgeable in cabinet manufacturing process and techniques
