Job Qualification
- Graduate of BS Architecture.
- Must be a Licensed Architect.
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years of work experience with projects such as Malls, mid-rise to high-rise structures, or offices.
- Willing to be assigned or residing in Iloilo

Job Description
- Supports the supervision of the entire project.
- Ensures the quality and timeliness of project execution.
- Ensures that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.
- Monitors and evaluates the progress and status of projects.
- Monitors the implementation of designs and drawings.
- Evaluates and reviews the designs and plans before, during, and after execution.
- Distributes assignments to the project team and ensures proper and balanced distribution of workload.
- Ensures that minutes of the meetings, project status reports, and site inspection reports are updated and correct.
- Handles the concerns, problems, and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
- Reviews reports gathered from the team about the status, pending issues, and deadlines of the projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
