Job Summary:
Philco Food Processing Inc. is in search of a skilled and licensed Architect with solid experience in high-rise and industrial building design. The successful candidate will take a leading role in planning and executing architectural designs for our manufacturing facilities and large-scale infrastructure. This includes the development of building concepts, coordination with engineering teams, code compliance, and preparation of construction documents. If you are detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in modern construction practices, we want you on our team.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 2 completed high-rise projects.
- Valid PRC License and registration as a professional architect.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing facility design is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes, fire codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of local and international high-rise construction standards (e.g., NBCP, NFPA, FLS, green building codes).
