The Architect designs and plans buildings, oversees construction and renovation projects from conception to completion in coordination with the Project/Site Engineer and adheres to architectural and engineering principles while meeting aesthetic and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with PRC License
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in architectural designs conceptualization, construction site works, project design, and architectural planning
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design softwares
- Knowledgeable in building codes, zoning regulations, building systems and site development requirements.
- Strong project management, analytical, and coordination skills
- Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as needed
