ABOUT THE COMPANY
Yaran Property Group (Yaran) is a Western Australian property development company that specialises in affordable build-to-rent housing. The company was established in 1996 and has developed over 1100 dwellings across 60 different developments. The company currently owns 180 residential rental properties in Perth, and a pipeline of a further 500 dwellings to commence construction in the next 12 months. The company is aiming to develop 20000 dwellings in the next 6 years.
We are looking for a talented Architectural 3D Visualizer with a strong sense of design and attention to detail to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will transform architectural concepts and technical drawings into high-quality 3D renderings, visual presentations, and animations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for architectural or interior design projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and designers to interpret and accurately visualize design concepts.
- Develop and apply realistic textures, materials, lighting, and environmental settings.
- Iterate and refine visuals based on feedback from the design team and clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of visualizations while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Blender)
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, construction elements, and spatial planning
- Must have an extensive knowledge of Interior Design the ability to work with Furniture & Fixtures schedules
- Skilled in creating realistic renderings and architectural animations
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for reading and interpreting plans
- Strong eye for detail, lighting, materials, and composition
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools for post-processing
- With background or experience in architecture, drafting, or design-related field
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Have WFH Setup , own Computer setup
- High level of attention to detail lighting materiality and realism.
- Understanding of Australian residential building design and current architectural trends.
Employment and Salary:
