Job Description
The Area Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Managerand is primarily responsible for the efficient execution of all RTPA– related activation programs in a particular area of assignment.
The position is tasked to implement all the activities, maximizing the efforts of all.
The position closely works with the Operations Manager for operations directions to ensure effective and efficient service delivery of the specific needs and requirements of the Company and the Client.
Indicated below are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Area Supervisor for RTPA.
Administrative Functions
1) Advises the Operations Manager on all matters affecting all areas of the Client's operations strategies in the area of assignment.
2) Heads specific Region of assignment with Office Associate, Finance Associate, Warehouse Personnel, Encoder and Trade Promo Coordinators
3) Maintains professional relationship with the All Departments and Clients.
4) Prepares data, information or other materials for presentations, requirements or meetings required.
5) Ensures proper delivery of all instructions and directives from the Project Manager as appropriate.
6) Ensures the RTPA Compliance to all Company Policies and Directives including but not limited to Financial, HR and admin concerns
7) Submits Incident report on erring manpower and immediately implement disciplinary action/s.
8) Ensure proper stocks, materials controls, monitoring and inventory
Operational Planning, Direction Setting and Coordination
1) Implement on time and in full all activations and reports all operational concerns on a day to day basis
2) Ensures that Project Briefs coming from the Operations Manager is sufficient and complete on the details and requirements.
3) Ensures that new projects are properly cascaded to concerned personnel. Flags to the Operations Manager for Operational Concerns are not met because of the current workload
4) Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the team and that activation guidelines and standards in the Project Brief are met all times
5) Oversees, controls and monitors project implementation based on the approved operational and cost guidelines and in accordance with proper schemes/processes stated in the Project Brief.
6) Ensures timely submission and accuracy of the operational reports to the Operations Manager, as required.
7) Ensures all projects planned and implemented conform with the approved cost estimates and budgets
8) Ensure complete team deployment on a day to day basis and manpower deployed are well – oriented/briefed about the project details, terms of employment and other requirements
9) Ensures that team follows proper schemes
