Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media content, email campaigns, website content, and advertising materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor and track marketing campaign performance, including social media metrics, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or brand management is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as social media management platforms and email marketing software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for marketing and branding.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
