AREA SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations of different branches.
- Able to handle multiple stores, can do inventory, forecasting, ordering and reports.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues, expenses, stocks, and product movement and generate corresponding Management Reports.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Customer oriented with above-average communication skills.
- With skills in both management and administration in order to lead a team, allocate resources, and make intelligent decisions about best strategies to improve the profitability of the store.
- With good time management and organization skills to handle multitude of tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in business presentation and management reports.
- Passionate in Food Service.
- At least one (2) year minimum experience as a Area Supervisor or Cluster Manager in the food industry.
