Job Description:
Coach and guide the team of an assigned geographical area to drive business performance. Ensure that all operational standards are executed consistently; this includes projects and initiatives connected to the strategy of the organization.
SALES
· Drives and ensure implementation of sales strategies. Provides business solutions to RMs on how to capture opportunities for sales growth in the retail trade area
· Helps Branch Managers/Franchisees make the right decisions in growing store revenue and achieving profitability targets.
· Analyzes gaps and develops area wide strategies to improve sales performance of the stores on different segment
· Follow through on sales and profitability strategies specific to store needs.
· Ensures successful launching and execution of new product/promo
· Builds community relations. Ensures that all branches coordinate well with local store marketing officers on events in the particular trading area and the community.
· Addresses escalated customer complaints in compliance with set resolution policies and processes.

COST
Production and Cost Management
Strictly monitors production systems (par stock levels through regular inventory, process of ordering and receiving of items)
Ensures immediate response to food quality-related and production concerns through action plans
Consistently monitors daily production reports and initiates improvements in the process
Monitors wastage properly and identifies ways to reduce cost with the Branch Managers
Consistently achieves cost target set through strict monitoring
the following costs :
a. Food Cost
b. Labor Cost
Utility Cost
PEOPLE
· Develops and manages the development of the Restaurant Management Team through prescribed systems and processes
· Ensures talents are prepared to assume higher level positions by monitoring their development and training and using company established people processes and tools
· Conduct one on one with the members of the store team to hype up motivation
Verify Restaurant Managers on business management.
QUALITY
· Audits, troubleshoots, analyzes restaurant systems findings and develops plan of action to bring the store/s into alignment with standards.
Recommends systems and process improvements in the stores.
· Audits franchised stores.
· Builds good working relationship with JV’s and Franchisees to achieve shared goals.
· Ensures franchisees adhere to initiatives that drive brand equity.
Provides business consultations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
· Coordinates, taps resources in order to close and resolve crisis management incidents.
Takes charge of identifying support and help needed in handling complex and escalated problems pertaining to customer complaints, people safety, store security and other critical store issues.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business
Management-related courses
At least 3 years related Operations in a managerial capacity or 5 years supervisory rank
