The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple retail branches within Estancia and Balasan. This role ensures that each store operates efficiently and profitably, as well as provides leadership, guidance, and support to Branch Managers and their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Branch Oversight: Supervise and support the performance of multiple retail branches, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and high customer service standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers. Set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and support staff development.
- Sales & Profitability: Monitor and drive sales targets and profitability across branches. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across branches by ensuring staff are trained, stores are well-maintained, and service is consistent.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure all branches adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and loss prevention efforts. Ensure effective stock management and merchandising across branches.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for branches within the area. Control costs and optimize resources.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance and status reports to senior management. Analyze trends and develop strategies for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management
- Proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and improving branch performance
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, travel between branches, and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

- Balasan 5018 P06: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
