Position Overview:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across Plains & Prints and R.A.F. boutiques. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on support to store managers and sales teams, ensuring each location meets its sales targets, adheres to brand standards, and consistently delivers outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Performance Management Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals across all assigned boutiques
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to maximize store performance
- Store Operations & Compliance Ensure store operations align with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention efforts
- Conduct routine store visits and operational audits to ensure high standards are maintained
- Enforce visual merchandising guidelines to strengthen brand image and improve customer experience
- Team Leadership & Development Lead the recruitment, training, and development of store managers and frontline teams
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and support to build high-performing teams
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Cultivate a culture focused on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
- Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Ensure boutiques consistently offer a premium, brand-aligned shopping experience
- Address customer issues and implement strategies to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase foot traffic and brand engagement
- Reporting & Strategic Planning Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and business updates for senior leadership
- Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations—to align business initiatives and optimize results
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multiple retail locations, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and leading operational improvements across various store environments
- Strong leadership and people development skills with a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Willingness to travel frequently and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Open to assignments in Metro Manila and either North or South Luzon

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
