About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Asset Management Coordinator to join our team. This role ensures that all company assets are properly recorded, tagged, and accounted for. You will help manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and support asset-related processes across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory checks and match records with physical assets
- Coordinate delivery and receipt of purchased items
- Ensure assets are tagged before being handed over to custodians
- Verify asset requests against existing inventory before approving purchases
- Submit monthly asset reports to the Accounting Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Accounting or related course.
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in asset management or a related area.
- Experience working in an academic setting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to analyze data and recommend solutions
- Works well independently and follows standard procedures.
- Must be willing to work in Davao City.
- The application is for Academic Year: 2026 - 2027.
