We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role is vital to managing and optimizing our company's assets to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company assets, including equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Implement and monitor asset management systems to track usage, maintenance schedules, and life cycles.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure the availability of assets for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of assets to ensure proper utilization and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, depreciation, and maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to support efficient asset acquisition and disposal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in asset management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and SAP or similar systems is an advantage
Willing to assigned at Central Warehouse at Bulacan.
