Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions, reconciling accounts, using QuickBooks. Ensures that the organization's financial activities are organized, compliant, and ready for reporting and auditing purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and current financial records—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll—using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in accordance with established procedures and accounting principles.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and financial performance indicators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
