Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of working experience in general accounting and external audit
- With experience in preparation of Financial Reports and dealing with other departments and managers
- Can work with teams and meet deadlines.
- Ability to bring new ideas for continues improvements
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and experience in SAP
- Assists in the overall supervision of Accounting operations and reportorial requirements.
- Preferably with experience in the Telco Industry
- Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday
Essential Functions:
· Supervision and monitoring of the Accounting operations
· Assists in the month-end closing of book of accounts
· Provides weekly cash flow update to headquarters
· Prepares monthly management reports
· Prepares reports for submission to BIR and other agencies
· Prepares all the financial reporting and tax filing
· Handles overall administrative matters (registration, licensing, matters related to office and office and store rentals)
· Performs other functions that maybe assigned as the need arises.
