About the Role:
This role will support the execution and optimization of pricing strategies, inventory management, and revenue maximization initiatives. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business units, focusing on revenue growth and profitability across the fleet operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing pricing and yield strategies across all booking channels.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify revenue opportunities.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis.
- Oversee day-to-day revenue operations, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to implement promotions and pricing campaigns.
- Support the integration and improvement of revenue systems and forecasting tools.
- Supervise junior revenue analysts and provide guidance on reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial analytics.
- Experience working in multinational companies and/or start-up environments is an advantage
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
