Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Team Management: Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance, engagement, and development. Address performance issues and conduct team meetings as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or improvement areas within operations, and recommend or implement solutions to streamline processes.

Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Monitor and maintain quality control measures.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in monitoring performance metrics, preparing operational reports, and analyzing data trends to support strategic decisions.

Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, implementing operational changes as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Budgeting and Cost Management: Support financial planning activities including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring efficient resource utilization within the allocated budget.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar operations role (e.g., Retail Assistant Manager or equivalent).

Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
