- Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival and compliance with orders
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams for inventory and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contacts
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving supply issues
- Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned
