- Purchasing:
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Managing inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- HR
- Recruit and onboard new employees and instructors
- Maintain employee records
- Facilitate performance evaluation of employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Help plan employee training and development
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Handle payroll, compensation and benefits
- Support admin and operations
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Huma Resource or equivalent
- Proven experience in purchasing and import/export functions, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and logistics providers
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledgeable in IT and its related
