Payment & Valuation
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts in coordination with contractors/vendors.
- Verify site measurements and validate work progress with site engineers for accurate billing.
- Support in processing invoices and reconciling with contracts and delivery records.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating subcontractors or suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors for cost analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and legal teams for purchase order processing.
Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor project expenditure and highlight deviations from budget.
- Support preparation of cost reports and project financial summaries.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies regarding cost overrun or delays.
Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant QS experience in telecom, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (e.g., tower erection, fiber optics, BTS installation).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
